Refund policy

We aim to ensure a fair and transparent return process.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is unused and returned in original packaging

To initiate a return, customers must contact support with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs or an unboxing video as proof

Reverse pickups, where applicable, are coordinated through Dropdash.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Personal care or hygiene-sensitive products

  • Used or opened items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

Exceptions may apply in case of verified damage or incorrect delivery.


3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund timeline: 5–10 business days, depending on bank/payment gateway processing.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer after verification of customer account details.


4. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
