Autominix currently ships products within India only.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed outside business hours are processed on the next working day.

  • Once dispatched, customers receive shipment confirmation and tracking details via email or SMS.

All deliveries are handled by our authorized shipment partner, Dropdash.

2. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days, depending on the customer’s location within India.

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Courier operational delays

  • Public holidays

  • Weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Unforeseen logistical issues

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain delays may be beyond our direct control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout before the customer confirms payment.

Any promotional free shipping offers are transparently mentioned on the website.

4. Tracking & Shipment

After dispatch, tracking details are shared with the customer.
Customers can track their shipment using details provided by Dropdash.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
